Projectors don’t live forever and at the end of their life simply replacing the lamp isn’t always a cost effective option. We are able to provide direct replacement classroom and hall projectors on next day deliveries. Not only can we supply projectors but we can also install them for you.
We recommend before you purchase replacement projectors that you check the following as not all projectors are suitable for direct replacement if the following don’t match the new projector:
- Throw distance – you will need to measure from the lens of the existing projector to the projection screen (interactive whiteboard, dry wipe board, pull down screen or electric screen)
- Size of projection surface/board– ideally the width of the screen/board or diagonal of interactive whiteboard
- Is the projector mounting hardware universal – if the projector is mounted on a plate or fingers you can install a different projector make/model
- Is the projector in a cage – internal dimensions will be required to ensure the new projector will fit
On some occasions projectors may have been installed on custom mounts. This isn’t a problem as we are also able to supply and install universal projector mounts that will accommodate any projector in the future.
If it’s simply a projector lamp/bulb you are looking for we can supply any make or model. Sometimes lamps are not the simplest to install so we offer installation for them too. We understand that budgets can be tight so we offer both compatible and original lamps.
